BCA - Cloud Technology and Mobile Application

The IT sector has been transforing at a trmendous pace in recent times. The advancement in internet and mobile technology have been some of the driving forces behind this growth. As a result of the growth, there are many new-age verticals that have come up. Among the new-age verticals are cloud technology and mobile applications which separately form multi-billion dollar industries today. The Bachelor of Computer Applications programme with Cloud Technology and Mobile Application is developed to impart education in two fast-growing sectors along with core knowledge in computer technology. It is one of the unique programmes offered by ITMVU with an aim to prepare students for the careers of the future.

Programme Obiectives

Develop fundamental knowledge in virtualization technologies, cloud technologies, data centers, networking and operating systems.
Learn the techniques to be able to implement basic cloud-based solutions, con gure basic networks and operating system.
Develop in-depth knowledge of Windows Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Eligibility and Career Opportunities

Eligibility

The minimum quali cation required to be eligible to apply is a pass in the 10+2 examination or equivalent from any recognised Central or State Board with Mathematics/Business Mathematics as one of the core subjects or a course recognised as equivalent thereto by the University.
