Automation is widely followed by automobiles and other industries in the assembly line and other areas. Mechatronics is the backbone of Automation. However there is acute shortage of manpower with qualifications/training in Mechatronics.

Existing Expertise:

The institution has Siemens laboratory with training facilities for PLC, SCADA, Switchgears and Drives. Existing faculty from Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics Department can be used as trainers. Other laboratories of the institutes can be also used.
